Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOCELYN STARR (nee CLEMENT) May 20, 1961 - November 2, 2010 After a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer, Jocelyn passed away peacefully, at home, surrounded by her family and friends. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter and friend. She touched many lives as a teacher throughout her 25 years at Yellowquill College. She obtained her Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Manitoba and a Masters degree in Adult Education from the University of St. Francis-Xavier, Antigonish, NS. Jocelyn was a very strong and inspiring woman who was very passionate about family and career. She will be mourned by her husband Eugene (Dude); her mother and father - Yvette and Leo Clement; brothers, Michael (Teresa), Marc (Teri-Lynn), Richard; sister Cathy Desilets (Roger), aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, friends and former students. We are all proud of you, Mom, for being such a fighter. Until we meet again. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 6 at 10:00 a.m. at the Church of Christ the King, 847 St. Mary's Road, Winnipeg. Private interment at a later date. The family wishes to thank the staff and volunteers of the St. Boniface CancerCare Clinic for their dedication, concern and support.
