Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJASON JOHN ROSS It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Jason John Ross on September 29, 2010, at the age of 41. Jason was predeceased by his mother Diane and grandfathers Herb and Lorne. He is survived by his son Cameron; his father John; brothers: Garrett, Shane and step-brother Raphael; grandmothers Irene and Norma; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins, and companion Robyn and daughter River. A special thanks to friends Brett and Sana for supporting Jason in times of need. Should friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to the Addictions Foundation of Manitoba, Attention: Finance/Donation, 1031 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R3G 0R8. In keeping with Jason's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private service was held. We miss and love you Jason. The Coutu family in care of arrangements: E. J. COUTU CO. I thought about you today Jason. I remember your poetic way of delivering the English language. A 10 CC song came on and brought back memories of our friendship. We lost contact over the years and I never realized that you passed on my Father’s birthday. My Grandmother also passed on that day. Birthdays have significance. I was shocked but not surprised when Brett called me to tell me, I was with Jason for a few years we met during hard times, I loved him very much through hard and good times, I loved going for Sunday suppers with Grampa and granma (loved that white cheese sauce) after went our own way I moved back to Quebec and am glad to see that he found someone to love and he didn't die alone...he looked healthy, my sympathies. - Posted by: Monique Lacasse (ex-common-law ) on: Apr 12, 2015

Jason was an awesome friend. We had lots of fun back in the day! with all our friends at Nelson Mac. Somewhere along the line we lost contact with one another and I happened to ask around about him and found out about his sudden passing by an old mutual friend. I miss him even though we had lost contact with each other. Coincidentally Cameron is my nickname who Jason new me by...
