Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryENID MARIE IRVINE April 18, 1921 - October 31, 2010 Enid Irvine (nee Davidson) died peacefully at her home in Bethany Care Centre, Calgary, AB October 31, 2010. She was 89 years old. She leaves to mourn her daughter Gail (Garry) Wright of Priddis, AB, her sister Anita Ballance of Brandon, MB, and her sister-in-law June Davidson of Winnipeg, MB, her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren Jim (Laura) and Abigail Wright, Joanne (Robert), Sean, Adam, Rachel, and Katherine Sipka, Brian Wright, and Margo (Travis), Max, Jake and Sam Weber all of Calgary. Cherished friends, cousins, nieces and nephews also mourn her loss. Mom was predeceased by her husband R.J. (Jack) Irvine in 1995, her daughter Linda Unger in April 2010, her sister Gertrude Joyce and brothers Lorne and Gerald Davidson. Special thanks to Dr. D. Radinskaia and the compassionate care given to Enid by the staff at the Bethany Care Centre, Central Point. Enid was born in Russell, MB. She moved to Winnipeg after high school and met and married Jack Irvine. Jack's job at Dominion Rubber took them across the prairies from Winnipeg to Saskatoon, Calgary, Edmonton and finally back to Winnipeg. Enid moved to Calgary in 2004 to be near her daughters and grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, Nov 10, 2010 at 2:30 p.m. at Thomson Funeral Chapel, Broadway at Furby in Winnipeg.
