Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRACHEL MAE COOLIDGE (YAKE) Our Mom, Grandma, Great-Grandma and Great-Great-Grandma passed away peacefully at the St. Norbert Personal Care Home on Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at the age of 94 years. She is survived by her sons, Murray (Phyllis) and Gordon; daughter Lila Worton; grandchildren, Mark (Sue), Craig, Brett, Trent, Donna, Doug (Cindy), Blair (Nadine), Penny (Dwayne), Krystal (Stu) and Pam; great-grandchildren, Adam (Gwen), Stuart (Charise), Graham (Ashley), Eric, Neely, Rhys, Kenzie, Daryn, Amanda (Mark), Matthew (Laura), Lacy, Amy, Chantel, Brock, Robert, Christopher and Robert; great-great-grandchildren, Bailey and Jasper; brother Bert Yake (Gladys); sisters Margaret Rattie and Jo Cristoff (Ray); sisters-in-law Muriel Yake and Mary Yake. Mom was predeceased by daughter Cheryl in 1944, son Morley in 1976, granddaughters Joy and Cheryl, son-in-law Tom Worton, and Earl Coolidge. Mom was born in Stouffville, Ontario on February 2, 1916, moving to Crystal City with her parents as a child. Her most recent years were spent in Winnipeg until moving to the St. Norbert Personal Care Home in 2007. Funeral service will be held in Crystal City United Church on Friday, November 19 at 2:00 p.m. Those who so desire may make donations to St. Norbert Personal Care Home at 50 St. Pierre St., Winnipeg, MB R3V 1J6 or to a charity of your choice.
