ELINOR JUSTINA PETERS (nee ENNS) 1933 - 2010 On Monday November 15, 2010 at Boundary Trails Health Centre, Elinor Peters aged 76 years of Winkler, MB formerly of Gimli went to her eternal rest. She leaves to mourn her passing two daughters, Karen and Brad Doerksen of Tourond (Jesse, Rebecca, Jaclyn) and Frances and Reg Braun of Fisher Branch (Justin, Garrett, Colton) as well as one sister, Annie and Jake Derksen of Winkler. She was predeceased by her husband, Cornie C. Peters in 2004 and her sister, Dorothy Dyck. Viewing will be at Wiebe Funeral Homes Ltd., 121 8th St. in Winkler on Friday from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and at the church prior to the service. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Winkler Bergthaler Mennonite Church, 252 6th St. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Elinor's memory to Boundary Trails Health Centre Cancer Unit, Box 2000, Winkler, MB R6W 1H8.
