Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBARBARA WALTON It is with great sadness that the family of Barbara Walton announces her passing on Saturday, November 13, 2010. Born on November 18, 1921, in Sidmouth, Devonshire, England, Barbara was predeceased by her husband, Dr. Richard J. Walton and her sister, Mary Sandeman. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Michael, Anne (Jim) and Fiona; and her eight grandchildren, David, Andrew, Ainsley, Chris, Paul, Sarah, Jenny and Claire. Barbara is also survived by her sister, Ruth Manton. The family would like to express their thanks and gratitude to the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority Home Care Program for the outstanding support and compassionate care that was given to Barbara over the past three years. In accordance with Barbara's wishes, cremation has taken place at Thomson Funeral Home and a private family service will be held at a later date.

I was looking for a phone number or address for Mike and came across your mum’s obituary. Although belated my sympathies to the family. I have only two memories of the Walton family in the early seventies and one was Elaine Tanner billeting with your family and the other was your Dad eating what had to be the hottest chilli ever created.
