Condolences & Memories (3 entries)

  • Was very sad to hear of Mrs. B's & Ted's passing today. I was friends with Doug. I remember going to the lake many times with the family. I last spoke to Doreen in Penticton in 07. Unfortunately we couldn't get together. I will miss both of them. Say hi to Doug. - Posted by: Don McGregor (Friend) on: Jun 18, 2013

  • Between the ages of 7 to about 12 my dad would bring us on the road for holidays to visit our relatives. One of the stops were in Winn. at our uncle Ted's and auntie Doreenss. Doreen was always my favorite auntie. I remember her with black semi-short wavy hair, very pretty with a bubbly, feminine laugh. Always in a wonderful mood. God bless her she is with her Dougy and her Ted. - Posted by: Gerald Rafuse (Nephew) on: Apr 15, 2013

  • I am so sorry for your terrible loss. Doreen and I have been working together for the past six months. She was my mainstay at the Legion Ladies Auxilary Bingo. She never missed, did her duties diligently and was always good natured and fun. I will miss her dreadfully.
