Peter is survived by his wife Virginia, sister Frances Harris (Bob), mother-in-law Margaret Colwill, sisters-in-law Laura Kasian (Don), Kelay Ohlhauser (Larry), brother-in-law Peter Colwill (Angela), nieces Madison and Maurghen Miller and nephew Carson Colwill. Peter's career with the provincial government extended over 20 years and at the time of his retirement he worked with Manitoba Conservation as Director of Finance. Peter married Virginia in 1974 and together they enjoyed travel, reading, crossword puzzles and attending antique shows where they made many friends in the collecting community. Our condolences to Virginia, Frances and all the family for Peter's passing. Our families were close and mutually supportive in those early years after immigration to Canada. I have many good memories of time spent with the Lockett family in Winnipeg. Peter was a good family friend and we always enjoyed the times shared together. Please accept our sympathies.
