SHIRLEY VERA NICHOL (nee TURNER) It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Nichol on Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at Riverview Health Centre at the age of 75 years. Left to mourn Mom's passing are her daughters, Valerie (Rick), Pat (Bryan), Wanda (Kurt); son Grant (Jasmine); eight grand-children; eight great-grandchildren; brother Les (Diane); as well as numerous nieces; nephews; relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Dave in 1986; one brother and one sister. In compliance with Shirley's wishes, there will be no Funeral Service. On Tuesday, November 30, 2010 a Graveside Service will be held in the Elm Creek Cemetery, Elm Creek, MB where she will be interred with her late husband Dave. The family wishes to extend a thank you to Riverview Health Centre for the wonderful care provided to our Mom while she was there. In lieu of flowers, donations in Shirley's memory may be made to the Canadian Liver Foundation, P.O. Box 1943, Winnipeg, MB R3C 3R2 or Riverview Health Centre, 1 Morley Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R3L 2P4.
