Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryALISON EADIE-STOLEN December 7, 1955 - November 25, 2010 (1:00 a.m.) Your Ironman bike has now been put away, as have your skis and snowshoes. Your hiking boots are off, and your swim cap and goggles have gone back into the bag. And unlike your last safari, you have now embarked on a new adventure ... that special one that takes you to far destinations of the spiritual, and metaphysical. We wish you well, my love, and send with you our deepest affection and respect. And though you make this journey alone, you have left us with the richest legacy of love, inspiration, kindness and your incredible zest for life. And oh, how you did live! You have been an exceptional role-model to us all: as a cherished family member; as a physiotherapist - healer and comforter to your patients; as a true and trusted friend who was always in demand to all who bonded and connected with you; and as the most wonderful, loving and positive wife and partner ever. You so enthusiastically embraced the stolen moment', and in so doing have given me, and all those around you, a lifetime of quality love and everlasting memories. Travel well my sweet ... we all will miss you. Those left behind: Eadie Family: father John Eadie and partner Betty; siblings Jack (Carmen); Sheelagh Smith (Richard); Don (Sharon); Ken (Gayle); nieces and nephews (John, Katie, Andy, Sheena Rae, Shawn, Jennifer, Krissy, Tom, Samantha, Jessica, Erika. Predeceased by her mother Pat. Stolen Family: husband Dennis; sisters-in-law Barb and Dorothy; step-children (Tammy, Dustin, Robyn); nieces and nephews (Graham, Perry, Sarah, Jody, Jade). Personal immediate family memorials are planned for Manitoba and Penticton. A celebration of Ali's life for friends and family will be planned for the spring. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a cancer cause.
