CHESTER NOEL BEAVON Chester Beavon: Born December 25, 1933 in London, Ontario - Died November 24, 2010 in Penticton, BC. With heartfelt sorrow we announce the passing of Chester Noel Beavon, son of the late Eric Beavon and Myrna Campbell Beavon. Sadly missing him is his wife of 48 years, Daphne Odjig Beavon; his brothers, Harold (Mesa, AZ) Fred (Dayton, MT) and Everyl (Gresham, OR); his children with his first wife Paula - Daniel, Edward and Rebecca and grandchildren. Daphne would like Chester to be remembered for his humour. Friends from the North Shore of Shuswap Lake will remember his entertaining essays describing their bus trips to Las Vegas. Chester Beavon was the author of Only Virgins Need Apply published in 1990. No service by request. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Penticton Regional Hospital in Chester's name would be appreciated.
