EDWARD DROHOMERESKI After a lengthy illness Ed Drohomereski passed away at Hunter Memorial Hospital in Teulon, MB on Monday, November 29, 2010. Ed was predeceased by his parents Peter H and Josephine, brothers Joe and John and sister Jean. Left to mourn are his wife of 47 years Helen; daughters Desa (Perry), Leanne (Pete), son Kurt (Robin); grandchildren Tyler, Allison, Rhys, Hayley and Alivia; sisters Margie and Helen (Roger). He lived all his life on the family farm in the Teulon area. Dad had a love for the land and the outdoors, spending most of his free time hunting, fishing and camping with his numerous buddies. He gave back to the area he called home by volunteering as an ambulance attendant for over 20 years and serving on the hall and park boards. Ed was a friendly, easy to talk to man who was quick with a joke. Dad had countless friends who were always welcome at his kitchen table. As per his wishes cremation has taken place. A celebration of his life followed by a luncheon will be held on Friday, December 3 at 2:00 p.m. at Teulon Rockwood Hall. If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to the Hunter Memorial Hospital in Teulon. MacKenzie Funeral Home, Teulon in care of arrangements.
