DOROTHY MAE PAINCHAUD (nee DEMENUK) October 4, 1945 November 29, 2010 It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Dorothy on Monday, November 29, 2010 at the age of 65 years. Dorothy was predeceased by her parents Fred and Martha Demenuk; nephews Glenn and Kevin; and the love of her life, her dog ToTo . She is survived by her longtime partner Doug Harris; siblings Ted (Betty), Beverley (Lloyd), George (Rayaline); nieces and nephews Wendy, Keith (Darren), Karen (Scott), Jolene (Jeff), Keri, Sheryl; great-niece Brittany; great-nephews Dylan and Ryan. Dorothy was loved as a second daughter by Irene and Irvin Fuirst and family. After twenty years of dedicated service at Vital Statistics Dorothy was so looking forward to her retirement and travel. Her smile and laughter will be forever branded in our hearts. She was loved very much by so many people. Our heavens will forever be brighter by one more glorious star. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in Dorothy's memory to the Winnipeg Humane Society, 45 Hurst Way, Winnipeg, MB, R3T 0R3 or a charity of choice. A celebration of Dorothy's life will be held on Saturday, December 4, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the Green Acres Funeral Home. Dorothy, we will never forget you.
