PAUL BEAUCHAMP October 18, 1931 November 30, 2010 It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing our husband, father, and grandfather on Tuesday, November 30, 2010, at Concordia Hospital. Remaining to forever cherish his memory are his loving wife Carmelle; children: Sylvain (Sandy), René (Shelley), Mario (Peggy) and Louise; precious grandchildren: Janine, Cashton, Ashley, Aaron, Brittany and Morgan; sister Rita Fortier along with numerous nieces and nephews. Dad was born and raised in Flin Flon, Manitoba. Employed by Hudson Bay Mining and Smelting, Dad worked for 38 years mainly as a heavy truck driver. Dad was an active member of St. Ann's Catholic Church for over 50 years. After raising four children with his beloved wife Carmelle, Dad and Mom retired and moved to Winnipeg in 1987. Dad loved sports, travelling, fishing, camping, animals (especially dogs) and spending time outdoors. Dad enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren and was extremely proud of them all. Dad was a gentle, kind, and selfless man who enjoyed sharing stories of the past and going on outings or short trips with his wife. The family would like to express their deepest appreciation and thanks to friends Terry Firth, Tara Hartley, and Brian Sabourin. Funeral service celebrating Paul's life and legacy will be held on Monday, December 6 at 11:30 a.m. in St. Vital Catholic Church, 1629 Pembina Highway, with Fr. Barry Schoonbaert officiating and Fr. Denis Bourbonnais O.M.I. assisting. A private family interment will take place at a later date. Nobody will ever measure up to your sweet, kind & gentle nature. It's been almost five years since you've passed & there's not one day that goes by that I don't think of you & smile. I do miss you something fierce. I know we'll see each other one day....& until that time Dad, keep watching over me as I know you are. I love you Dad, forever & always xo. P.S - I'm looking after Mom & making her laugh. Losing you has created such a special best friend bond between Mom & that one could only wish for. Keep smiling sweetly my beautiful Dad xo - Posted by: Louise Beauchamp (Daughter) on: Sep 24, 2014
