JOSEPHINE DOROTHY COOK (nee HILLIAM) September 14, 1916 - November 30, 2010 Peacefully on Tuesday, November 30, 2010, Dorothy passed away at the Beausejour Hospital at the age of 94. She was predeceased by her husband of 61 years in 1995, Harold Cook, as well as two sons, David in 1944 and Cameron in 1987. She is survived by sons Norman (Susan), Richard (Mildred), and daughter Wendy (Rodger). She will also be missed by her eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. During her lifetime she was an active member of the Rossmere and McDavid School Communities, as well as the Chatelaine Club and the United Church. Her later years were spent living happily with friends at the Sunrise Lodge in Anola, MB A special thank you to the staff at Kin Place Personal Care Home for the caring and kindness shown to our Mother over the last eight months. Thank you also to the staff at Beausejour Hospital for your compassion over the last few days. Cremation has taken place and a private family interment will follow at a later date at the Millbrook Cemetery.
