  • Mr. Kaushal was my high school teacher for physics and similar advanced topics in Pine Falls, Manitoba in the early 80's. As I turn 50 next month I was looking back on people that were my greatest influence to get me where I am today. Mr. Kaushal was the best teacher I ever had - I say that after completing university and obtaining ten professional designations. Mr. Kaushal didn't let you memorize lessons in high school. He made you think. He made you reason. He made you analyze. He challenged students like no other - and this was the best help in preparing me for the challenges of advanced learning later on. Mr. Kaushal, rest in peace my friend. I regret that we I didn't get to tell you this in person. You had a profound impact on my life, were an incredible person and such a humble, kind gentleman. You were a wonderful part of growing up in Pine Falls and the community was lucky to have you. - Kurt Rosentreter, January 2017 - Posted by: Kurt Rosentreter (High School Student) on: Jan 08, 2017
