Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDONNA BETHEA SEAVERS February 24, 1931 - December 14, 2010 Donna Seavers passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 14 at the Grace Hospital. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Ernie Seavers, sister Audrey, and brother Ralph. Left to mourn are her children Carl (Kathy), Gord (Linda), Craig (Vigie), Kim (Thomas), John Vallance, Brad (Margaret), Alana Seavers and Alison (John), and sisters Edythe (Alan) Preston, Sheila (Harvy) Frazer and Bev (Bryan) Chaboyer; 16 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Donna was born in Portage la Prairie, MB to Gordon and Pearl Webb, owners of Webb Bus Lines. As a young girl Donna was exceedingly talented and excelled at most things she tried. She loved to draw and became quite good. She also had a tremendous love for animals. Donna will be remembered most as an accomplished pianist who entertained countless friends and family at so many gatherings and parties over the years. Mom was truly a loving and caring person who worked hard as she continually thrived to do the best she could possibly do for her family. Ernie and Donna (Teddy) were longtime members of the St. James No. 4 Legion and had many friends there. A service celebrating the life of Donna Seavers will be held at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, 4000 Portage Avenue at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 21. Reception following at St. James No. 4 Legion, 1755 Portage Ave. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to a charity of your choosing.
