Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPETER JOHN ZIMMERMAN It is with broken hearts that we, the children of Peter, announce his untimely sudden passing. On Saturday, December 11, 2010 our father quietly slipped away from us. Peter was born on February 3, 1928 at home on the farm in Rossburn, Manitoba. He was so unique and special that even his entrance to the world stood out from his siblings. Peter's life was spent serving others. He was our family peace maker and comforter. He was the one who could make us smile and laugh. He would remind us not to take life too seriously. Peter was above anything else, the world's greatest father. There was nothing he wouldn't do for his children, family and anyone who had the pleasure of meeting him. Peter is survived by his beloved children: Emile, Blake, Michael; his grandchildren: Laura, Samantha, Riley and Rachael. Also survived by his brothers Henry and Lloyd and his wife Dorothy (Dot) and many nephews and nieces. Please forward any donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
