KIMMY LEE SHANNON 1968 2010 After a brief illness, Kimmy Lee Shannon, aged 42 years, passed away at the Health Sciences Centre on Friday, December 17, 2010 with her family by her side. She is survived by her best friend and partner, Clarence Lashek, her daughters Jennie and Ashley Schmidt, her grandson Malcolm, her mother Doreen Shannon (Isaac Gross), her brother William (Angie) Shannon and their children Emma and Brooklyn, her father Ed Shannon, her aunts, uncles and numerous relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 22 at 2:00 p.m. at the Sobering Funeral Chapel, Park Avenue E., Beausejour. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations in her memory may be made to the Health Sciences Centre Foundation, 820 Sherbrook Street, Winnipeg, MB R3A 1R9.
