Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDELIA JOAN POWER It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Delia Power of Carman, Manitoba on November 9, 2010 at Boundary Trails Hospital near Morden/Winkler at the age of 59 years after a 14 year battle with cancer. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Carman Area Foundation, Box 160, Carman, MB, R0G 0J0 or a charity of your choice.
