CAROLINE JOYCE GREGG (nee DE JONG) October 25, 1965 - December 18, 2010 Very suddenly on the early morning of December 18, 2010, Caroline was taken from us to be with her Lord forever. Left to mourn is the one she loved so much, her loving husband of almost 20 years, William (Bill) Lorne Gregg. Also her parents, Gerda and Jake De Jong; her in-laws, Joan and Leo Gregg; her brother Tim and Lisa, Kyley, Cassy DeJong; sister Linda and Steve, Seth, Micah, Caleb Boschman; brother Wayne and Tammy, Ashton, Brooklyn, Caitlyn De Jong; sister-in-law Karen and Mark, Austin, Alec, Tristan, Charlie Bernier; very close friends of over 25 years, Melody Hiebert, and Hank Brinkman, plus may extended family and friends and her trusted German Shepherd, Klondike. Caroline grew up in Winnipeg and upon finishing school, started her career, a span of over 25 years, with Contempora Steel. Caroline touched many lives and will always be loved and missed by them. We were all blessed by having her in our lives. A celebration of Caroline's life will be held on Wednesday, December 29 at 1:00 p.m. at Covenant Christian Reformed Church, 653 Knowles Avenue, Winnipeg. A private burial service has taken place. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be sent to Alpha House Foundation, P.O. Box 134, Station L, Winnipeg MB R3H 0Z4.
