SOSAMMA MATHAI MANIATE (nee ABRAHAM) November 1, 1919 - December 27, 2010 Sosamma peacefully passed into the presence of her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ on December 27, 2010. She was predeceased by her husband Mathai Phillip Maniate in 1946 and survived by her only child Mathew (Susan) and her grandchildren Jerry (Susan) and Julie (Reji). Sincerest thanks to Dr. Jain and the staff and management of Extendicare Tuxedo Villa for the care provided over the past two years. Thanks also to staff of the Emergency Department and 2nd Floor at Victoria General Hospital. Viewing will be held on Sunday, January 2, 2011 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a program from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Celebration of Ammachi's life will be held on Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at 2:00 p.m., interment and reception to follow. Viewing will also be held one hour prior to the celebration service.
