ANNE KOLODGINSKI 1920 - 2011 On January 2, 2011, Anne Kolodginski passed away peacefully at age 90 in Selkirk, MB. Anne was predeceased by her husband John, her parents Fred and Mary Karandiuk, and her sister Stella Kowalski. Anne is survived by her two daughters, Myrna (John) Cesar, Elizabeth (Melvin) Kossack; grandchildren Bill (Karen) Kossack, Jason Cesar, Jonathon (Paula) Cesar, Dawn Cesar, Dennis (Alicia) Kossack, Kristen Kossack (Gio); great-grandchildren Andrew, Austin, and Brooke; and brother Clarence, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Anne married John in 1940 and lived on the family farm in East Selkirk for most of her life. After John's passing, she moved to Selkirk and lived at Red River Manor for 15 years, and recently at the Betel Home. Mom spent her life being devoted to her family and her grandchildren. She enjoyed making dresses for the community and loved cooking. In her golden years, she enjoyed taking a trip to the horse races in Winnipeg and spending time with her grandchildren. The family would like to extend thanks to the staff at the Betel home for all their care and kindness. Flowers are gratefully declined. Funeral services will be held at Gilbart Funeral Chapel, 309 Eveline Street, Selkirk, MB on Thursday, January 6 at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow in the East Selkirk Cemetery.
