Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBERNADETTE ALICE (KIRBY) HALE May 3, 1918 - January 3, 2011 It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Bernadette Hale (nee Kirby), 92. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Jack (d. 1984), daughter Catherine Cameron (d.1988), her parents and siblings. Left to mourn are her children Maureen Nelson of Ohio and Florida, Elizabeth Hale of Toronto, Jim Hale of Winnipeg, Mary-Martha Hale (Don Desnoyers) of Ottawa, Susan Hale (Ken Hodgson) of Baltimore, ON, Michael Hale (Debra) of Burlington, and Sheilagh Beavon (Nigel) of London ON; her grandchildren Andrew McIntosh (Amy), Joe Cameron, Sharon Storr (David Flook), Heather Stephenson (Joe), Keely Storr (Pierre Dupont), Ambrose Kirby (Jordan Elsey), Kathleen Gomez (Julian), Meredith Desnoyers, Garth Hale-Hodgson (Patti Baratta), Daniel Desnoyers, Colleen Hale-Hodgson, Meaghen Hale, Bridget Wood, Shannon Hale, Samantha Hale and Matthew Wood; and her great-grandchildren Dylan and Fiona McIntosh, Jaden Cameron, Zachary, Freya and Lachlan Flook, Kaitlyn Pitcher and Mason Stephenson, Olivier Dupont, Joshua, David and Daniel Gomez. Also left to mourn are sister-in-law Jacqueline Kirby, son-in-law Bob Cameron (Jenny) and others in her extended family. A mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Blessed Trinity Roman Catholic Church on January 7, 2011.
