WILLIAM (JIM) JAMES CASSELLS January 4, 1944 - January 8, 2011 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Jim on January 8, 2011 with his beloved wife and family by his side after a courageous battle with cancer, at the Grace Hospital at the age of 67 years. Jim was predeceased by his father W. Currie Cassells and stepfather Michael Kruk. Left to cherish Jim's memory are his loving wife of 39 years Elizabeth, two children Cameron (Deidre) and Sherri (Daryl), mother Francis, brothers and sisters Richard (Diane), Dale (Cindy), Carol, Patti (Ken), and Karen (Fred), Michael, Bruce (Margont), five grandchildren Brandan, Michael, RJ, Alexa and Caylyn, many nieces, nephews relatives and friends whom he loved dearly. Celebration of Jim's life was held on Friday, January 14, 2011 in the Wheeler Funeral Chapel, 211 Regent Avenue, West at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Jim's name to CancerCare Manitoba.
