IRENE LEONA WATSON It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing on January 13, 2011 of Irene Leona Watson; born June 9, 1934 in Duckbay, Manitoba. She was predeceased by Virginia Contois (mother), Arsene Contois (father), Henry Contois (brother), Adele Delaronde (sister), Jennifer Neapew (granddaughter), Kenneth Neapew (grandson), David Neapew (great-grandson). She is survived by her sisters Marie, Agnes, and one brother Joseph; husband Frederick Watson; her sons John (Geraldine), Richard (Evelyn), Billy (Mert), Frederick (Brittany), her daughters; Vivian (Melvin), Freda (Fred), Shirley (Vernon), Georgina (Gary); 38 grandchildren; 72 great-grand-children; many nieces, nephews, and one god child (Chottie Delaronde). There will be a wake on Monday, January, 17 at 8:00 p.m. and a service on Tuesday, January, 18 at 10:00 a.m. both will be held at Kateri Tekakwitha Aboriginal Catholic Parish at 548 Home Street.
