JOHN KUNDEUS We are greatly saddened of the sudden passing of our son and brother, John Kundeus, on January 15, 2011 at Riverview Health Centre. He will be missed by all his family, friends and co-workers. John was born in Winnipeg on February 21, 1954. He was predeceased by his father Peter and brother Richard. He is survived by his mother Pauline; brother Paul; sisters, Cathy (Dave), Linda (Vaughan), Patty (Kevin); nine nieces and nephews, Melanie, Bonny, Shane, Branden, Krystal, Cory, Mandy, Peter, Katelyn, and also his parrot, Kirby. John worked for the City of Winnipeg in street works and just retired after 31 years of service. He was a kind, generous, and loving person. He loved his outdoor activities such as biking, snowshoeing, golfing, hiking, fishing, swimming and sun tanning. He was also an avid antique collector. John's wishes were to have a private service with his family and he wanted to thank all his friends and co-workers for all their support. He and his family would also like to thank Riverview Health Centre for all the care given to keep him comfortable. John said if you ever want to meet up with him, take a walk on the country roads.
