MARILYN MACKAY (nee mcdougall) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Marilyn MacKay (nee McDougall) of Winnipeg, Manitoba, on Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at the age of 70 years. She is survived by her daughter Gaylene (Louis) Godin of Calgary AB, and son Kevin (Christin) MacKay, and sister Lois (Jim) Gillespie of Winnipeg, MB, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and treasured friends. Predeceased by her parents John and Muriel McDougall and brother Donald McDougall. Marilyn touched the lives of all the people she met, whether it was while working at MTS Yellow Pages, through her involvement in organizations such as the Manitoba Doll Club, Lord Roberts Community Centre or simply by being Marilyn. A memorial service will take place on Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Thomson In the Park Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Blvd with reception to follow.
