IRENE HILDA SEMLER October 22, 1913 - February 9, 2011 Irene passed peacefully into the presence of the Lord on Wednesday, February 9, 2011, at Ashern Personal Care Home. Born October 22, 1913, she was the eldest of 11 children and lived her entire life in the Moosehorn area. In 1939 she married Albert Semler and together they farmed and raised two sons, Allen and Herb. Irene was predeceased by Albert in March 2000 and is survived by sons Allen (Betty Anne), Herb (Linda), grandchildren Ruth (Laun), David (Wendy) Kim, Karen (Steve), Edward (Donna) and numerous great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held Monday, February 14, at 2:00 p.m. at Moosehorn Baptist Church. Viewing is from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the church with interment in the Moosehorn Baptist Cemetery.
