ROSALINE EMILY DUNCAN It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Rosaline Emily Duncan (nee Field) on Monday, February 7, 2011 at the Health Sciences Centre at the age of 90 years. Remaining to forever cherish her memory are her son and daughter-in-law, Dean and Karen Duncan; sister and brother-in-law, Betty and Vic Sobkowich; nieces, Gail Dromereski (Richard), Vicki Vannan (Jeff), Valerie Verity (Brian), nephew, Vincent Sobkowich, as well as numerous other nieces and nephews; special friends, Penny Melquist and Marilyn Raber. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, William; son, Darl; sister and brother-in-law, Grace and Robert McSweeney. Mom received her education at Mulvey and Gordon Bell schools and was employed at the T. Eaton Co. for several years. She spent many happy years Square and Round dancing with her good friends. As well, she formed many long-lasting friendships at the Grant Park Mall. Mom's happiest times were spent with her family. In compliance with Mom's wishes, no formal funeral service will be held. Special thanks to the staff at St. Boniface Hospital and Health Sciences Centre for all their care and kindness. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
