RONNIE EDWARD TARASCHUK Peacefully on Sunday, February 20, 2011 Ron passed away at the Seven Oaks General Hospital at the age of 62 years. Ron was born July 18, 1948 in Winnipeg, Manitoba; Ron eventually married a sweetie Jeanie. They married on July 12, 1975. Ron was predeceased by his son Ryan Paul; sister Judy (Abrey) Taraschuk, and his parents Mike and Jean (Sowa) Taraschuk. Ron leaves to cherish his memory his wife Jeanie; son Justin; daughter Amber; siblings Bob (Liz) and Florence (Randy) and many nephews and nieces. Prayers will be held on Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated on Thursday, February 24, at l0:00 a.m. at St. Joseph's Ukrainian Catholic Church, 250 Jefferson Avenue with Father Frank Szadiak, C.Ss.R. officiating. Service will conclude at Church. Private family interment to take place at Glen Eden Memorial Gardens at a later date. Pallbearers will be Bob Taraschuk, Florence Mamrocha, Geraldine Sowa, Frank Lachuta, Robert Taraschuk, and John Ewonchuk. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to all the nursing staff at Seven Oaks General Hospital, Dr. Dyck, Dr. Fatoye, and Dr. Armstrong. In lieu of flowers, donations may be passed on to Jean Taraschuk to be made in Ron's memory to the Seven Oaks Hospital Kidney Ward. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
