Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMATTHEW DAVID ANDREW LEADER December 4, 1962 - March 2, 2011 Peacefully after a lengthy illness, David passed away March 2, 2011. David leaves to mourn, his daughter, Samantha, his brothers Eric (Andrea), James (Jaime), Philip (Theressa), Ian (Marika), his sisters Eleanor (Paul) and Jennifer (Mike). Many nieces and nephews and very close friends. David was predeceased by his parents Alvin and Gail and brother Timothy. A celebration of life will be held on March 4, 2011 at the Royal Albert Arms, 48 Albert St., 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. Cremation will take place for Dave's final resting place at the lake. Many thanks to Dr. Mike Dillon for his years of care and all support care. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Klinic Community Health Center at 870 Portage Ave.
