MARIE MCDONALD (nee ANTONYSHYN) On Monday, February 28, 2011, Marie passed away at Holy Family Home at the age of 89 years. Marie is survived by her brothers Lloyd (Merle), Mike, Orest (Anne); sisters Lucy, Rose, Helen and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Ernie; parents Harry and Teenie Antonyshyn; brothers Matt, Bill, John, Pete, Roy and Fred; sisters Ann and Jean. Marie was born in Rossburn, MB on December 1, 1921. She had good memories of her trips with her husband, Ernie, enjoyed music and going to dances. Marie found fulfillment with her career in catering. The family would like to thank the staff at Fred Douglas Place for their friendship and support, the staff at Holy Family Home for their care and compassion, and also the doctors and nurses at Seven Oaks Hospital and Health Sciences Centre. Prayers will be said on Sunday, March 6 at 7:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, March 7 at 10:00 a.m. also at the Chapel with Rev. Fr. Krochak officiating. Interment to follow in Holy Family Cemetery. Donations may be made in Marie's memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba. Rest in Peace. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
