ELISA VDA. DE BERMIDO On Sunday, March 6, 2011 Elisa Bermido passed away at the Health Sciences Centre at the age of 79. Elisa was born January 9, 1932 in Nabua, Camarines Sur, Philippines. She is survived by her children, Apostol (wife Violeta), Cresenciana (husband Ben Javines), Norma (husband Renato Pangilinan), Lauro (wife Denia), Roberto (wife Evelyn), Raul (wife Olivia), Arthur (wife Myra), Francis (wife Gemma), Marites (husband Laurence) and Moshe; 33 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren. Grandchildren, Beverly, Ryan, Ray- Mark, Maria (Moshe), Mark, Oliver, Franc, Kevin, Carmjoy, Ezabella, Karen (USA). She was predeceased by Francia. Lamay will be held on Thursday, March 10 and Friday, March 11 from 6:00 p.m. until 12:00 midnight at Thomson In the Park Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Boulevard. Prayers will be said at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Funeral mass will be held on Saturday, March 12 at 1:30 p.m. at St. Edward the Confessor Church, 818 Arlington Street with interment to follow in Waverley Memorial Gardens, 1501 Waverley Street.
