EILEEN MAY PINSONNEAULT (MCBETH) (nee STEWART) March 5, 2011 Our family was blessed to have known the kindest and sweetest person. Eileen fought a heroic battle over the last few months and now we wish her peace. Eileen had two wonderful husbands - Roger Pinsonneault and the late George Hall McBeth. They both shared her love of family, friends, summers at the cottage and gardening. Eileen enjoyed being with her family and was a devoted mother to her son Cameron. She loved visiting San Diego to be with her daughter Denine (nee McBeth), a very special son-in-law Bob Henry, grandchildren and wives: Ryan and Sarah, Daniel and Tiffany, and Dustin as well as her great-grandchildren Trevin, Gavin, Sean and Taylor Henry. She will be deeply missed by her sister Betty Garry (nee Stewart), brother Bob Stewart, niece Sharon Sheldon (nee Garry), nephews Andy and Rence Garry and their families who had a strong tradition of Christmas gatherings. Eileen was proud of her personal accomplishments at Griffin Steel in Transcona and loved meeting with former colleagues for lunch and special dinners. She also had made many close friends who shared her love of travel as well as those she was with each summer at Beaver Creek on Lake Winnipeg. Knitting was her hobby and kept her busy as her eyesight began to fail. Over the years she made many doll clothes and mittens for underprivileged children as well as items sent to our troops. Especially close to her were friends from childhood who would meet monthly for supper, affectionately called girls club . Funeral service will be held on Monday, March 14, 2011 in the Wheeler Funeral Chapel 211 Regent Avenue West at 12:00 p.m. The family wants to give special thanks to the wonderful ward and ICU staff at Concordia Hospital. Also the doctors for their dedication, commitment, and amazing care and compassion provided to Eileen and Roger, especially to Rhonda and Victor. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Concordia Foundation. FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS IN CARE OF: WHEELER FUNERAL CHAPEL 211 REGENT AVENUE WEST (AT BOND ST.) 224-1525
