BLAINE EDWARD LELLIOTT December 15, 1961 March 6, 2011 Blaine passed away very suddenly at the Victoria General Hospital in the early morning hours of Sunday, March 6, 2011 at 49 years of age. It was evident that Blaine struggled and worked very hard in an attempt to thrive. However, the Angels came down and quickly carried him Home. Blaine was very much loved. He is survived by his mother Leslie Parsons-Culler, stepfather Carl Culler, brother Patrick (Renata) Lelliott, niece Laura Lelliott and stepmother Sharon Lelliott. Also surviving Blaine are aunties: Dorothy Chasney, Wendy Vincent (Fred), June McDonald and Eleanor White as well as many relatives and friends. Blaine was predeceased by his father Edward Gary Lelliott on August 6, 2010. We are humbled and extremely grateful for all the people who provided care for Blaine. Deserving of special mention are the people who loved and cared for him at River Road Place a.k.a. St. Amant Centre, especially those on the 2 West living unit. We are also grateful for the dedicated and loving people who cared for him during his stay at the Manitoba Developmental Centre. A memorial service celebrating Blaine's life will be held on Monday, March 14 at 1:30 p.m. in the Chapel at River Road Place a.k.a. St. Amant Centre, 440 River Road.
