KENNETH NILES O'CONNOR 1933 - 2011 On Saturday, March 12, with his son Pat by his side, Kenneth O'Connor peacefully passed away. Ken was predeceased by his parents Eleanor and John and his two brothers Jack and Oswald. Left to mourn his passing are his three children, Patrick (Sherry), grand kids Ryan and Lyndsey, Debbie (Wade) Miller, granddaughter Breanne, Ken (Barbara), granddaughters, Stephanie and Alexa. He is also survived by his wife Helen. Born in Brooklyn, New York, Ken was raised in Norwood, St. Boniface. He attended Holy Cross School, St. Paul's High School and St. Boniface College. Ken truly loved his family and was extremely proud of his kids and grandchildren. His kind personality and sense of humour made it easy for him to be liked by all and he will be missed. Ken spent the last eight years at Vista Park Lodge. We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you for the care provided by all the staff. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, March 17 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Bernadette Parish, 820 Cottonwood Road, with Fr. Fred Olds officiating.
