AUDREY KARPOFF With her family by her side, Audrey passed away peacefully March 14, 2011 at St. Joseph Residence. Audrey is survived by her loving children; Carole, Barb (Guy), Rick (Michele), Gary (Kris), Myles (Michelle), her grandchildren; Colin (Tracy), Shaun (Tanis), Greg (Taz), Laura (Brad), Kris, Ryan (Niki), Mike (Angie), Meagen, and her great-grandchildren; Anika, Kaitlyn, Natelie, Blake, Emma, Alana, Dilyn, Jayden, and Kaitlyn. Audrey was predeceased by her loving husband of 54 years, Bert, and her son-in-law Wayne. Mom was born March 5, 1923 in Sussex, England. Mom served in the R.A.F. where she met and married her husband Bert. As a war-bride, they immigrated to Canada on May 19, 1947 with their young daughter Carole. They eventually settled in West St. Paul, where they raised their family. Audrey loved to garden, knit and travel. Her travels included her many trips back home to her family in England. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were her greatest loves and she cherished each and every visit with them. Mom will be sadly missed by all those who knew her. Rest in peace, dear mother. Special thanks to the loving and caring staff (her other family) at St. Joseph Residence. Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street, with reception to follow.
