LYNDA SUSIE DYCK (nee PENNER) 1916 - 2011 Lynda Susie Dyck (nee Penner) passed away on March 16, 2011 in the Salem Personal Care, Winkler, Manitoba. She was born February 22, 1916 in Herbert, Saskatchewan and will be sadly missed by her brother P. Victor and (Olly) Penner; her children, (Norman and Alice) Fuhr, H. Louise Froese, Peter and (Irene) Dyck, John and (Carol) Dyck, Kelvin and (Elaine) Dyck and Don and (Kim) Dyck; 15 grandchildren: Lynn and (Dave), Paul and (Denise), and Howard; (Jamie), Jeremy and (Christy), and Ivan; Pat, Shannon and (Rob), and Becky and (John); Natasha and (Russ), Justin, and Jannelle; Jonathan and Natalie; Mya and (Dave), Kevin and Rachel, and 14 great-grandchildren: Mackenzie, Madeleine, and Eden; Josiah, Carissa, Emma and Jack; Ryan, Kurtis, Jayden, Isaiah, and Troy; Nixon; and Charlie. She will be mourned by her extended family and friends and remembered for her faithful volunteer work, her walks, her love of reading and her strong faith in her Lord, Jesus Christ. She was predeceased by her husband, George P. Dyck in 1988, daughter, Katherine Fuhr, son-in-law, Peter Froese and granddaughter, Charlotte. Viewing will be at Wiebe Funeral Home, 121 8th St. in Winkler on Friday from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 19, at 2:00 p.m. at the Winkler Mennonite Brethren Church, 120 Pineview Dr. Special thanks are offered to the staff and volunteers of the Salem Personal Care Home.
