BERNICE THERESA ROSTAS June 27, 1919 - March 19, 2011 On Saturday, March 19, 2011 Bernice Theresa Rostas, widow of the late John Rostas, left us to re-unite with him. They had been married for 42 years. Bernice was a devoted Mom to Linda and Brent. She loved her family and was extremely generous and supportive, always putting them first. Besides her daughter Linda (Dave) and son Brent, Bernice is survived by three granddaughters: Melanie (Roger), Kelly (Doug) and Cori (fiancé Mark), three great-grandchildren: Andrew, Alexa and Eden, her sister Agnes of Hamilton, Ontario and God-daughter, Lynne Barske. A gracious hostess, she always made everyone feel welcome in her home. She was an avid reader and excelled in cooking, baking, gardening and sewing. Bernice worked at Zellers for 19 years before retiring in 1984. We are going to miss her smiling face, wonderful sense of humour and loving heart. She is at peace now with her Lord. A celebration of her life will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street, West St. Paul. Interment will follow.
