CONSTABLE JOHN WILLIAM CAMPBELL On February 24, 2011 retired Constable John William Campbell of Vancouver Island, BC, passed away suddenly at the age of 69. John is survived by his stepchildren Michele and Matthew Loewen of Saskatoon. He also leaves his nephews Mark and Garth Blumm and niece Patricia Blumm of Winnipeg and their children Skye Carrette and William Blumm. John was predeceased by his wife Linda Loewen, his sister Nancy Blumm, and his parents Helen and William Campbell. John developed many enduring friendships throughout his life in Wolseley, Winnipeg, Kelowna and on Vancouver Island. He will always be remembered as a dedicated Constable with the Winnipeg Police and as a loving and devoted husband to his wife.
