Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryOLGA HOLLENS January 19, 1919 - March 19, 2011 It is with great sadness the family announces Olga's passing peacefully in her sleep. She is survived by son, Arnold (Stella), grandson Craig and grand dog Zorro which Olga enjoyed his visits; son, Bryan (Bonnie), grandsons Sean and Jason of Calgary. She was predeceased by her parents Peter and Anna, sisters Tillie, Nellie, Mary and her husband Frank in 1988. Olga worked as a nanny, sewing machine operator, excellent saleslady at Originals, Picardy Bakery, retiring from the bakery department Dominion Stores. In her early days. She enjoyed the train rides to Winnipeg beach with her family. Playing cards with her sisters and betting on the horses. In her later years she enjoyed trips to Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Parksville, BC and her many trips to Calgary. A special thanks to the wonderful staff at River East Personal Care Home where she was resident for nearly nine years. In keeping with Olga's wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no formal funeral service. A private family graveside service will take place at a later date. If friends so desire donations to the Children's Wish Foundation, 350 St. Mary Ave., R3C 3J2 in Olga's memory would be appreciated. Rest in Peace.
