Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryARTHUR EHMANN May 31, 1939 March 28, 2011 With deep sorrow our family announces the passing of our father, Arthur on March 28, 2011 at the age of 71. Dad passed away at Seven Oaks Hospital after a brief but courageous battle with cancer. Left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife of 47 years, Muriel, daughter Connie (Dale), son Elliott, Ken and Darren, brothers Emil, Edmond and Otto, grandchildren Kayla, Thea and Hayden, along with extended family and numerous friends. Dad was predeceased by his sisters Olga and Elsie, brother Roman and granddaughter Ainsley. Dad was born in Poland of German parents. He immigrated to Canada at the age of 13. Dad lived in rural Manitoba. He met Mom, fell in love and made his home in Winnipeg where he raised his family with a loving heart. Dad worked as a power engineer at Misericordia Hospital for 45 years. Dad was always there for anyone who needed a helping hand. Dad could build or fix anything. His passion in life was being outdoors either in the garden or hunting and fishing, but nothing brought a smile to his face more than travelling the country with Mom at his side. Camping with his family and grandchildren brought joy to his heart. We are eternally grateful to the Leiman family who raised Dad and also to Harry, John, Roy and all his friends for their support. We gratefully say thank you to the staff at Seven Oaks Hospital who cared for our father. Dad was truly a great generous man who will be sadly missed but never forgotten. Family and promises are forever Dad. We love you so very much. Funeral and celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 2, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street, interment and reception to follow. Donations in lieu of flowers can be made to Cancer Research. Glen Eden Funeral Home 338-7111 www.gleneden-mb.ca

Najszczersze kondolencje od całej rodziny z Polski. Miałem przyjemność jechać z Arthurem i Muriel na wycieczkę do Krakowa kiedy przylecieli do Polski aby odwiedzić brata Romana. Pozdrawiam.
