Date of Passing: Mar 25, 2011
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJIM TAYLOR Peacefully on March 25, 2011, with family by his side, Jim lost his fight with cancer. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 35 years, Lori, his son, Kory (Denise), his daughter Janna, his grandbabies, Lita, Heidi and Sara, siblings Sheila (Ray), Cheryl (Helmut), Murray (Linda), and numerous nieces and nephews as well as mother-in-law, Janet Shead. Predeceased by his parents Jim and Joyce Taylor, father-in-law George (Shead) and sister-in-law Robyn Carson-Walton. He will be remembered and missed for his contagious laugher, compassion for others and generous and caring heart - always lending a helping hand to anyone in need. Jim was born September 16, 1951 in Carman, MB. He spent most of his life in Winnipeg working for 23 years as a butcher/meat manager for Superstore. He later enjoyed working with his J.C. Foods family. He finally retired to the Grand Beach life that he always dreamed of and worked so hard for. Hopefully he is enjoying a good golf game where he is now. Special thanks to the CancerCare team and Palliative Care staff at the St. Boniface Hospital and the friends and family that visited. A special thanks to Linda Cooley for her love and support. Without you our lives don't feel just right. Forever in our hearts. No service by request.
