Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryIAN MACLEOD MACKENZIE 1927 - 2011 Ian passed away peacefully on April 3, 2011. He was predeceased by his father and mother James and Mary, sisters Kathy, Chrissie, Mary, Jean and brother Ken. He is survived by sister Betty and brother Jim. Ian grew up in St. James and although trained as a gemologist, he chose to work at Standard Aero until health concerns caught up to him at a relatively early age. Ian was a quiet person but with a sense of fun who enjoyed and loved a room full of laughter. Cremation has taken place and a family service will be held later. A Thank-you to the staff at Golden West for his excellent care.
