Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryVERA MABEL SPARROW Peacefully on Sunday, April 10, 2011, at the Portage District General Hospital, Vera Sparrow, of the Third Crossing Manor,Gladstone, MB and formerly of Sidney, MB, beloved wife of the late Clarence Sparrow, passed away at the age of 93 years. Funeral service will be held in the MacGregor United Church on Friday, April 15, 2011, at 2:00 p.m. with Sandra Rex officiating. Interment will follow in MacGregor Cemetery. Predeceased by her husband Clarence; infant brother Clinton; brother Hugh; sisters Pearl Finseth, Ruby Brisco, Alda Critchlow and Doris Thompson; granddaughter Lori Ann Sparrow; sister-in-law Winnie Brisco; brothers-in-law George Finseth, Ted Critchlow, Ivan Steward and Russ Thompson. She leaves to mourn her passing her three sons. Donald (Gert) of Frankford, ON, Murray of Sidney and Russell (Judy) of Madoc, ON; three daughters, Dorothy (Ken) Dobson of Ninette, MB, Viola Sparrow of Sidney, MB and Clarene (Dave) Everton of Rosser, MB; 16 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren and several other relatives.
