IRENE DUCHARME (nee LECUYER) Peacefully at Oakview Place in Winnipeg, Manitoba on Sunday, April 24, 2011, Mrs. Irene Ducharme of St. Eustache, Manitoba passed away at the age of 96 years. She leaves to mourn her passing two daughters: Florette (John) Huston and Janet (Keven) Mohr; three sons: Gordon (Noella), Léo Ducharme and John (Joan); one daughter-in-law Colleen; 12 grandchildren: Tannis, Michael, Theresa, Gisele, Jasmine, Nicole, Michele, Paul, Mark, Janelle, Nicole and Jerilyn; 18 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. She also leaves to mourn numerous nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Harry in 1985; three sons: Robert, Roy and André; her parents Joseph Lecuyer and Renée (née Guilbert); two sisters: Eva (Joe) Ducharme and Olive (Ross) Caldwell; five brothers: Gérard (Delia), Aimé (Léa), Henri (Simone), Albert Lecuyer and Sonny Lecuyer. Funeral Services will be held in the St. Eustache Roman Catholic Church on Thursday, April 28, 2011. Recitation of the Rosary at 7:00 p.m., Funeral Mass at 7:30 p.m. followed by interment in the Parish Cemetery with Father Isa e Blanchette officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the doctors, nurses and staff of the Oakview Place care home, for the excellent care Mom has received over the years.
