Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryALISON KRAMBLE (nee WALLACE) 1945 - 2011 Peacefully and with family at her side, Alison passed away on Friday, April 22, 2011 at Concordia Hospital after a short struggle with cancer. Alison will be remembered by her loving husband Lorne, her sons Darren (Cathleen) and David, grandson Arion, brother Colin, and sister June (Wayne), as well as numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends. Alison was born in Paisley, Scotland before moving to Transcona in 1953, where she met her husband, Lorne. Together they moved across the prairies to Brandon, Lethbridge, Saskatoon and Thunder Bay before eventually returning to Transcona. Alison will be fondly remembered by the friends she made in each of these cities. Alison was an exceptionally loving, caring and dedicated mother and grandmother. She never missed a soccer or hockey game nor any opportunity to be involved in the lives of her children and grandchild. Her presence and her smile will be deeply missed and never forgotten. In accordance with Alison's wishes, cremation and a gathering of family and friends has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
