Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMADELINE JUNE WALIGORSKI After a courageous battle with cancer, Madeline June Waligorski, aged 59 years, passed away peacefully on April 22, 2011 at the Selkirk General Hospital. Madeline was born May 9, 1951 and was raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She was the daughter of the late Jacob and Madeline Wiebe and was the beloved wife of Jan Waligorski for over 35 years. June will forever be remembered by her loving son, Terry Waligorski and wife Candie and her loving sisters, Muriel, Myra, Norma, Diane. She was predeceased by brothers Ron and Robert. Along with nieces Sheila, Tracey, Lisa, Michelle, Kim, nephews Ronnie, Luis, Jimmy, Jonathan and many great nieces and nephews who will sadly miss her, she will also be sadly missed by her many friends and their families who were blessed to know her. June loved laughing, being with her family and having fun with many friends and watching over her family of day-care children. June touched the lives of many people with her smile and generosity, and maintained her trademark sense of humour all the way to the end. The family would like to extend a special thank you to all the nurses and staff at the Selkirk General Hospital for all the love and care they gave to June in her time of need. A special thank you to her brother-in-law Carl Waligorski for being there for June. Donations on June's behalf may be sent to the Selkirk General Hospital, 100 Easton Drive, Selkirk, MB R1A 2M2. Per June's wishes; a cremation will be held without a formal service. June, May You Rest in Peace.
