Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJAMES HUNTER 1930 - 2011 You'll Never Walk Alone Jim passed away peacefully at the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital on April 26, 2011, at the age of 81 years. He was born in Liverpool, England on February 3, 1930. Jim met the love of his life, Jeanne, at the age of 15 and nine years later he married her. They had two daughters, Kim and Jan. The family moved to Canada in 1968 and settled in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Jim worked at Canadian National Railway as a Journeyman Carman until his retirement and then moved to Medicine Hat, Alberta. Jimmy was a family man. His wife, children and grandchildren meant everything to him. He was a true gentleman, and all who knew him loved his giggle and the twinkle in his eyes. Jim enjoyed watching his favourite team, Liverpool Football Club play. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 57 years, Jeanne; daughters, Kim and her husband Rick McClymont and Jan and her husband Rick Wigle; grandchildren, Bjorn Bryhn, Jeanne Bryhn and fiance Waylon Smith; Nicolas Wigle and Rebecca McClymont and his faithful pet, Shep. The family will be celebrating Jim's life privately.
